Bruises after my workout?

Hello, following my training, I notice a vein on my right forearm that seems to have burst. What should I do? It looks like a "bruise" and some purple appeared. When I gently run my finger over it, I feel a small bump accompanied by a slight pain. What should I do? My skin is very pale and I have sensitive skin.

I still have the bruise, turned purple, when I put my finger on it, it is sensitive and there is a small bump. According to the questions already asked, one answer says that I have to put cold if the wound was inflicted 2 days ago and less. If it's been more than 2 days, we put warmth to improve the circulation. I wanted to confirm with you if this is what I should do or if I should go to the emergency room?

Good evening. It is indeed possible that the training has caused micro-tears, including to one or more blood vessels. In the case of a recent injury such as the present one, ice is more effective. Avoid contact with ice directly on the skin. Instead, put ice in a slightly wet towel and apply it to the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, several times a day. I also suggest that you avoid any exercise or movement that may have caused the injury, to give the area a better chance of healing.
I am available if you have any further questions!
