Hello Ma'am, sorry for the delay!
How are you today? Do you still have these symptoms?
The feeling of heavy legs can be completely normal. Risk factors include strenuous exercise, staying in a static position for long periods of time during the day (standing/sitting), being overweight, lack of hydration, smoking, etc.
Is this your case? Do you have any particular health conditions?
Generally speaking, you should maintain a healthy lifestyle, through regular physical activity, wearing a good pair of shoes, avoiding staying in a static position during your day by allowing yourself 10-minute breaks every hour, and staying well hydrated. There are also compression stockings that can help reduce swelling in the legs. You can discuss this with your pharmacist to see if it is right for you and to help you choose the right stocking.
If symptoms are frequent and you start to see swelling and varicose veins, it could also be a blood circulation problem. At this point, a doctor will need to evaluate the problem with you. If you feel very significant pain such as a "spot" in one of your legs with the appearance of a "bruise" and difficulty walking, however, this should be a case for evaluation by the doctor.
I hope this answers your question.
