I have had nosebleeds for over a month. Could this be related to the new medication (Vyvanse)?

I was taking Ritalin(20-mg 2x/day or 3 if evening work) and Concerta (54mg)for a few years and changed because fed up with side effects (arrhythmia, stress, vagus nerve fall (dizziness and black vision) more frequent (low pressure already so it happens without the meds too)= Vyvanse since early November 2019 dose increased gradually, no side effects, current dose 70mg. Since the end of December I often bleed from my nose, same nostril each time. At first it was much more and in abundance. Now, occasionally about 1x/week. Never alone, always after blowing my nose or because of the heat of the bath and hot washcloth for example. Also, I had 2 discomforts this week. 1 while going to the spa. Intense heartache, dizziness and blurred vision after leaving the sauna. Went to the bathroom where I lay with my legs up on the wall. Lost hearing as if my ears were plugged and I think I briefly lost consciousness as my hearing came back suddenly and my heartache disappeared. The next day, while cross-country skiing, there was a snowstorm and my clothes were all soaked. My hands were so cold that I couldn't hold my pole. I have asthma (breathing in the cold is harder=stress) and an anxiety disorder so I finally broke down, because the shelter was far away and I was really in pain. I cried, hyperventilated a little, then really a lot to the point where I couldn't calm down (I've hyperventilated a lot so I usually know how to pull myself together). Anyway, I remember that my partner had to hold me back because I could barely stand upright because I was so dizzy at the end and I don't remember everything he told me happened... It ended well, we went to the shelter and everything, it's not the first panic attack I've had, but I don't think I've really blacked out in my life except for the vague nerve blackouts where I stay conscious, but need to lie down... I'm going to talk to my doctor about it, but in the meantime I'm wondering if Vyvanse could have something to do with it, or if it's just an adon?

Hello Ma'am,
In my opinion, the nosebleeds are just a coincidence here (and probably caused by the dry winter air right now). Same thing for the "black outs" and blackouts (the risk of it being caused by the drug is very very very low).
As for the panic attacks, there may be a link there. In fact, Vyvanse™ contains an amphetamine, a drug that can contribute to panic attacks and hyperventilation in people who are quick to these things. So I encourage you to talk to your doctor about these episodes, so we can see if the symptoms also occur at lower doses. If so, you may need to go back to the old medication (Concerta +/- Ritalin).
Good Sunday,
