As a new mother of a two and a half month old baby, I often have trouble falling asleep at night.

Hello !
Adrien Gagnon's Relaxen Night contains valerian, passion flower and hops. Unfortunately, there is a lack of information on the safety of taking valerian and passionflower while breastfeeding. Hops should not be used while breastfeeding.
However, non-pharmacological measures can make a big difference in sleep disorders:
Go to bed only if you feel the urge to sleep.
Get out of bed if sleep doesn't come.
If after 20 minutes you don't fall asleep, try doing a monotonous activity (go read in the living room or fold clothes😅).
Avoid using screens after a certain time.
Avoid taking stimulants after 6pm (coffee, chocolate, tea, soft drinks).
Avoid taking naps during the day.
