How do I know what I really have? To whom do I refer? How do I regulate myself?

I have difficulty with my emotions. Waves of anger, sadness, etc. that affect my routine (difficulty to be motivated, to eat, I exclude myself). I am easily overwhelmed and have a hard time not losing my shit and listening to long speeches. My parents are both ADHD and believe that I may be as well. Friends around me (diagnosed with depression) believe that these are depressive symptoms.

You can consult a doctor if you think you have depression.
To evaluate ADHD you can consult a neuropsychologist or a psychologist.
Alternatively, a social worker can help direct you to the right resources and help you develop strategies to manage your emotions and anxiety.
