Hello! My wrist has been hurting for a while when I train. How do I know if it's hurt? What can I do about it?

I can lift and do my daily activities, but I cannot stand on my hands( push up and such).

Good evening, do you have pain in both wrists? If so, it may be related to repetitive movements. It is recommended to immobilize your joints (wear wrist braces). If it is only 1 of the 2 wrists, you may be dealing with a muscle injury. Try to ice it for 10 minutes every hour to see if you get relief. As for medication, I suggest Advil 200 mg 2 tablets 3 to 4 times a day for a few days. A visit to physiotherapy can also be considered for a joint examination.
