Can vitamins help a man when trying to conceive?

Hello, for the last 10 months my partner and I have been trying for baby 1 and it is taking a long time to come. Since it hasn't been a year since the trial, the doctor asked us to wait before taking any fertility steps. What can we do? I am taking folic acid, should my spouse take vitamins/multivitamins?

Hello, thank you for your question!
First and foremost, you need to look at non-pharmacological measures for you and your spouse:
Encourage lots of color in your plates, lots of fruits and vegetables during your meals!
Be physically active on a regular basis, for 30 minutes a day or 150 minutes a week (active walking, training, etc.)
Make sure you get enough sleep and rest regularly
Have good stress management
Finally, some specialized clinics recommend a regular multivitamin for men, such as ProFertil Homme, but it is very expensive!
I hope I've helped you, but don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have!

Hi, if my spouse bought a centrum men multivitamin can he take it, is it useful or not?
Thank you

This type of supplement will be most useful if it has a lower than recommended intake of any of the ingredients or minerals in that product. However, at the recommended dosage, it is unlikely to cause any problems.

Thank you for the answer, if my spouse bought the wrong centrum multivitamins and bought the ones for men 50+ can he still take them or is it not recommended?

This is not a problem. The differences in each of the Centrum ranges are negligible!
