I don't eat much but I'm getting very fat?

I'm getting fat quite quickly but I'm not eating very much, and my lower back often hurts. How can I explain this?

Your best bet right now is to keep a diary of what you eat and your activity level, and then compare it to the occurrence or severity of symptoms. You could then make adjustments if you find that certain foods are causing you problems.
As for weight gain, in most cases it is when your calorie intake exceeds what you have burned.
