Several sources mention that probiotics can help reduce the risk of traveler's diarrhea but the data is not of good quality and does not allow to determine this beyond any doubt.
Also, the bacterial flora can be very different from one person to another, like fingerprints. The products marketed are not personalized. I generally do not recommend them because of this and their price.
That being said, you could try such a product but not expect significant effectiveness. I would also like to point out that some people will have diarrhea with this type of product.
Otherwise, I strongly suggest that you make an appointment with your pharmacist for a short consultation to assess your travel needs, validate your vaccination status and if necessary prescribe treatments for traveler's diarrhea. The consultation itself is covered by your insurance in most cases.
