The cramps you mention in your question are more common in people who take diuretics. Since you are taking apo-Hydro (hydrochlorothiazide), which is a diuretic, it would be interesting to take a look at your electrolytes to make sure there is no imbalance. An imbalance, such as a low potassium level, could lead to cramps. To check for debalance, blood should be drawn.
In the immediate future, you can do some stretching before bed. A fairly effective stretch is the one described in the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EuvDQdfcioA. The key is to be thorough and do it every night.
If stretching doesn't work, and your electrolytes are in the normal range, write me again so we can explore other options.
