Hello,
First, there does not seem to be any "miracle" treatment for reducing hair loss, but here are some tips that might help you :
  • Have good eating habits. Having a balanced diet of fruits / vegetables is good for your hair health .
  • Reduce your level of physical and psychological stress (try relaxation approaches, eg meditation )
  • Make sure to maintain good hydration (drink enough water daily (about 2 liters of water per day unless you have a health condition restricting your fluid intake)
  • Make sure you have an adequate daily intake of vitamin D (a vitamin D deficiency could increase the risk of hair loss) as needed, talk to your doctor who may prescribe vitamin D supplementation
  • Make sure you are not suffering from any other health condition that can cause hair loss!
If the above advice does not suit you, I recommend that you discuss it with a hair care professional who can recommend products more specific to your condition and your hair type.
