Do I need to see a doctor because of the wheezing and probably the sinusitis or can it go away on its own and what should I do?

Hello ma'am, how long have you noticed this?
How long did the fever last?
Have you tried anything other than Sinus Rinse?

i have had congestion since Tuesday/Wednesday (5/6 days), I did the sinus rinse on Thursday and it was on Friday morning that I started to notice the sillement. My fever only lasted 1 day, that is to say on Wednesday especially in the evening. Apart from the sinus rinse, since yesterday I have been using Otrivin to try to clear my sinuses and I have taken benylin syrup. At the moment, I am able to breathe, but I feel that it is still congested.

Thank you for the information.
You have done well with nasal hygiene which I encourage as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bed.
I would also recommend checking the ingredients in Benylin as it may have a decongestant in it, as does Otrivin, and should not be combined.
For headaches, Tylenol is still the best option, but again, make sure it is not in Benylin.
I also suggest lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend if needed, for local relief of throat irritation if you have this symptom.
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
If the symptoms persist for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful and I'm available if you have any other questions!
