Hello,
There are no medications or vitamins that will prevent joint pain, such as knee pain. At this point if you are not known to have any specific health conditions, you should make sure to perform training movements according to your body's alignment (e.g. when performing lunges, you should not extend your knees past your toes, etc.). It is also a good idea to have a follow-up with a physiotherapist to prevent your injury from lasting and limiting your daily activities or physical activities. Physiotherapists can also do "taping" aimed at stabilizing your joints and relieving your pain.
