Hello Sir,
Have you ever seen a doctor for your anxiety? What are you doing right now to help reduce your anxiety?

Thanks for the details.
Unfortunately, the symptoms you report would require more of a medical evaluation since they are present every day and are causing you significant nausea. You should not be afraid to talk to a health care professional, such as a doctor, who can also suggest access to a psychologist if necessary. The doctor will be able to assess your needs, evaluate the causes of your symptoms and suggest appropriate solutions. It is important to take this first step.
While waiting for the appointment with a doctor, you can write down the symptoms you feel during these moments of crisis, try to discover the triggers as well as what allows you to reduce your anxiety. This may help the doctor better understand your symptoms.
Also, if you need to talk to anyone, Tel- Jeunes allows you to do so via computer, phone and even text 24 hours a day; https://www.teljeunes.com/Accueil.
If you have any other questions or would like to discuss any other medical issues you are experiencing, please feel free to write to us or ask one of your health care professionals for help.
I hope I have answered you well,
