Hello Sir,
How old are your children?
Have you tried anything for this as of yet?

They are 4 and 10, and we have not tried anything special yet.

Thank you for the information.
Usually, a one-hour change requires about a day to acclimate. However, this might take a bit longer as daylight hours are also decreasing.
I suggest, if they do take naps, to have them earlier in the day, as late afternoon naps can prevent a proper sleeping schedule in the evening. Also if possible, try to encourage them to take advantage of daylight as much as possible, for example with an outing at the park.
Another important point is to have them wake up at the same time everyday, including weekends, so that they may get used to sleeping at the same time in the evening.
This usually does not require more than a week to disappear, but bear in mind that kids at this age do require extra effort for bedtime routine.
