Hello,
I have some questions for you:
you have had heavy diarrhea for 10 days now?
How much diarrhea do you have per day?
Do you have nausea and vomiting?
Have you had a fever at any time?
Is there blood in your stool (red or black stool)?
Have you traveled in the last few weeks?

Hello,
yes it's been 10 days, 3x a day, nausea every time I eat, no fever or blood and I've been in contact with travelers, but they don't have symptoms of covid-19.

That's fine. Keep a close eye on your general condition, if it deteriorates, you should consult. (Fever >38.5°C, significant abdominal pain, significant vomiting, blood and/or mucus in the stool or a decrease in your general condition)
It is likely that your symptoms of dizziness and fatigue are related to mild dehydration. It is important to rehydrate. Avoid drinking water, juice or soft drinks. Prioritize commercial rehydration solutions (Pedialyte, Gastrolyte), as they are better balanced
You should drink about 2 liters of solution in 4 hours and drink about 125 to 250ml after each liquid stool or vomit
Salty crackers, soups, rice, noodles and bananas are good food choices. Do not hesitate to reintroduce solid foods as soon as possible if you have not already done so
If the symptoms persist for more than 48 hours or if they deteriorate, I invite you to consult a doctor
