I train 4 to 5 times a week (CrossFit and running). Can this affect my chances of getting pregnant?

Hello, training and exercise does not directly affect fertility, on the contrary, an active lifestyle is essential to overall good health. You just have to be careful not to overdo it. In the case of energy expenditure that exceeds caloric intake by too much (for example: severe dieting leading to rapid and excessive weight loss), the woman may become "amenorrheic", i.e. she may not menstruate anymore. In these extreme cases, there is often no ovulation and fertility is affected. In short, healthy and well-balanced training, taking into account one's personal limits, can be continued without any problem, without fear of affecting fertility.
