I would like to know if I can take "It Works" natural products while taking Biomedic prenatal vitamins and minerals?

I am not pregnant, I am only taking vitamins in preparation for a future pregnancy (April-May) as recommended by my doctor. I would like to try the natural and medicinal "It works" products to help me in my pre-pregnancy weight loss (5-10 lbs). I am not taking any other medication or any other medication and I have no health problems or history.

Hello, first of all, the It Works range seems to offer a large quantity of various products, so it is difficult to decide on the precise ingredient list. On the other hand, the majority of "slimming cures" only offer disappointing hopes and often short-lived results. Most of the formulas proposed (including the It Works range), contain only a concentrate of caffeine and sometimes even a laxative to allow the slimming effect.

The only proven effective means for sustainable weight loss is exercise (at least 150 minutes per week) and a good diet (e.g. Mediterranean diet). In your situation, and since many herbs/ingredients have not been studied for pregnancy, I would recommend avoiding these products.
