Hello. Several factors can cause severe fatigue such as dehydration, lack of exercise and the use of certain over-the-counter medications. Unfortunately, no product is really effective in fighting fatigue. The first step is to adopt/continue the same healthy lifestyle habits you are already practicing: get 7-8 hours of sleep a day, drink plenty of water (at least 1 liter a day), eat a healthy diet, limit alcohol consumption and exercise regularly. If, in spite of these measures, you still feel tired within two weeks, it would be best to consult your doctor to discuss it
