Hello
😊
Know that you are not alone! Up to 80% of pregnant women will experience this feeling of heavy legs and especially towards the end of pregnancy.
Follow these few
tips
to reduce swelling:
Avoid standing or sitting for long periods
Wear loose-fitting clothing
Put your feet and legs in an elevated position at least 2 times a day.
Practice more (walking)
Lie on your left side
See a doctor if: you have high blood pressure, you have swelling in one leg with pain/heat, swelling in your hands, or swelling that is increasing.
Happy evening!
