Good morning, Madam,
Generally, the only recommended vitamin is vitamin D because of the lack of sun in Quebec. The recommendation for 1-3 year olds is 600 IU of vitamin D per day. In addition, many manufacturers do not recommend multivitamins for children under 4 years of age because of the risk of choking on the tablet. There are also liquid formulations to reduce this risk.
However, before thinking about supplementation, a varied and healthy diet should be preferred, including fruits, vegetables and protein-rich foods. In general, a varied diet is sufficient for nutritional needs and multivitamins are not necessary. So, I refer you to Canada's Food Guide for food ideas: https://guide-alimentaire.canada.ca/fr/
