Unfortunately there is no data or evidence that magnesium or vitamin D can help reduce anxiety symptoms.
If these symptoms are interfering with your quality of life or your daily activities, I suggest that you consult a psychologist or psychotherapist. Most group insurance plans cover this type of service.
