Can taking vitamin B100 be dangerous? Should I stop taking it because of the color of my urine?

Vitamin B100 question: I am a vegan and a friend's doctor told her that every vegan should take it. As I started to have less energy and was told that after 4 years of not eating meat my body might not have any vitamin B reserves, I decided to try vitamin B100. However, since then my urine is more frequent, fluorescent yellow and really dark. I feel less tired since I've been taking it, but that may be a placebo effect. I did not have blood tests to confirm my lack of B vitamins before taking it.

Hello and thank you for the question :)
It's normal for your urine to be darker yellow in the hours after taking your B vitamins. It is a vitamin that is eliminated in the urine, so anything in excess is eliminated in the urine.
You could also try reducing the dose to 50mg or, better yet, choose food sources of vitamin B :)
Here you go, I hope this helps a little ;)
Have a nice day,
Emmanuelle
