I have cramps at night in my calves and feet. But never during the day. What could be the cause?

Hello Sir,
This is most likely related to reduced movement at night. To reduce the amount of cramping you have, it is best to stretch well before bed.
The best stretch in my opinion is to face a wall, rest your forearms on it, put one leg away from the wall and the other closer and make sure your heels stay on the ground. You should hold this position for 20 to 30 seconds per leg, and repeat 4 times per leg.
Happy day,
