In general, it is advised to avoid any type of raw meat during pregnancy. Indeed, the pregnant woman is more likely to contract certain infections and develop more serious problems for herself or for the baby. We are talking about the risk of infections such as listeriosis or toxoplasmosis, which can be contracted with raw meat.
