Hello, my boyfriend doesn't eat any vegetables or fruits since he was young. He doesn't have any health problems but I would like to find an alternative so that he can consume them like capsules of something.

Hello ma'am, several sources recommend vitamin supplements (Centrum, Jamieson and others), these are generally useless if there is no deficiency. That being said, incorporating fruits and vegetables into your diet remains the best way to acquire the required nutrients and vitamins. I invite you to consult a nutritionist to develop a realistic diet plan for him.

Thank you for the advice but I would like the answer to be more precise for the vitamins. There are so many that I don't know which one to take, vitamin A, B, C?

It is impossible to know if he or she is deficient in a particular vitamin or nutrient without taking a blood test, which is only indicated if there are specific symptoms. Therefore, there is no concrete recommendation to take vitamins without knowing if they are deficient. Only vitamin D is recommended in North America at 600 to 1000 IU per day.
