I have very brittle hair and I'm wondering what supplement would be best suited to promote regrowth?

Hello,
Before we look at the supplement side of things, let's make sure that your activities and habits are not adversely affecting your hair. So, if you are doing some of these things, they could be contributing to brittle hair and should be reduced (if not stopped):
  • Painting;
  • Brushing very hard;
  • Heat drying;
  • Attaching very tightly.
Next, we look to make sure your diet is good, varied and contains enough fruits and vegetables. Is it?
Finally, we'll try to reduce stress as much as possible, since that contributes to hair loss.
Are you doing all of these things at the moment? 😊

Hello,
I have already made all these changes. I haven't put dye in my hair for almost a year, I don't use the iron or blow dryer anymore (or very rarely), my diet is very varied and I eat a lot of vegetables. Finally, I have implemented several non-therapeutic alternatives to reduce my stress in the last year and it seems to be working well. That's why I was asking for advice on supplements since I've already tried several lifestyle changes so far
thank you

Thank you for those details.
In terms of supplements, one should look at Vitamin B complexes and on the Vitamin D side. Inexpensive alternatives can be found in pharmacies, or use products like Nutricap™ that offer an all-in-one formula.
You shouldn't expect very great results with these products, but given their good side effect profile (they have very few), it's worth a try.
Thank you,
