Would you have a reference for a psychologist using the cognitive-behavioral approach to treating insomnia to send me?

Hello, In the Spring 2020 issue of Virage magazine, I read your article on insomnia treatment revisited. You write that the first choice for insomnia treatment is cognitive-behavioral therapy. I live in Laval, but I would also be interested in a referral in Ahuntsic in Montreal. My email address: [Email removed for confidentiality reasons]. I am 72 years old and healthy. I have high blood pressure but it is controlled with medication and physical activity. In this pandemic period, the Epic Center (the Montreal Heart Institute center) where I train is closed, so I go out 6 days a week to walk and run in intervals. I have a good balanced diet. Thank you very much for your help.

Good evening Madam,
In this period of pandemic, I believe that the best thing is to consult the site of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and to look for resources of "distance psychology" in insomnia: https://www.ordrepsy.qc.ca/resultat?p_p_id=opqreferences_WAR_opqreferencesportlet&p_p_lifecycle=1&p_p_state=normal&p_p_mode=view&p_p_col_id=searchRef&p_p_col_count=1&_opqreferences_WAR_opqreferencesportlet_javax.portlet.action=constructRequest.
According to my research, there are 43 psychologists who offer this service. And given that they are all remotely accessible, it is not necessary (nor desirable at this time) that they be accessible in Montreal.
Good evening :)
