I can't lose weight, what can I do to change that?

33-year-old womana year ago
I gained weight following a pregnancy... Today, I work out 5 to 6 days a week and follow a high protein diet plan. Despite this, I am not losing weight. I have had blood tests and everything looks good. I take supplements to balance my estrogen, multi-vitamins and I even try hunger pills but I'm still at the same stage. I'm also taking concerta for my tdah... it's starting to take a toll on my mental health to do all this and deprive myself for nothing. My reflection in the mirror disgusts me and even more since I'm making all this effort and investing all this time and money....

Hello, ma'am,
Sustained weight loss is indeed difficult for many people. Basically, it is a mathematical question: burn more calories than you consume, and go gradually.
To this end, I strongly suggest a consultation with a nutritionist and a kinesiologist in order to develop an eating and exercise plan that is realistic for you. Most group insurances cover this type of service.
I would also like to mention that "appetite suppressant" products are useless for all purposes and as you will have noticed a waste of money.
i will remain available if you have any further questions!
