Hello Mrs., I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
For throat irritation and elsewhere, acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) is still the best treatment, as well as lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend for local throat relief.
As for coughing, mucus discharge, and nasal congestion, you've done well with nasal hygiene, which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It's a little uncomfortable but works wonders.
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
Avamys is considered safe during pregnancy but is not officially indicated for the symptoms you described.
If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a physician.
I hope I have been helpful to you, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions!
