Can I take hemp supplements with my Zoloft?

Hello I have been taking Zoloft (100 mg/day) for 25 years because I had two major depressions between the ages of 41 and 45. I have heard about hemp oil gummies 300 mg. I thank you very much. You have answered my question very well. I knew, with some natural products, I had to be careful with the dosage versus Zoloft. Good continuity.

Hello, thank you for your question! My research has not found any problems or contraindications to trying hemp supplements. However, caution is highly recommended, as the effects are not yet very predictable, especially if you are taking Zoloft. If you wish to take this type of supplement, it would be most prudent to do so at the smallest dose possible, and to increase very gradually if desired.
