Is there anything I can take or will it eventually pass on its own? Eat light? The hunger is back so I can't help but eat

During the night of the 25th to the 26th I had diarrhea and vomiting. I started eating again on the 27th but now I have diarrhea and stomach ache again. I am taking ozempic for weight loss and I have the impression that the Christmas meals were too heavy. Every time I eat about 12 hours later I get diarrhea.

Hello madam, in order to better understand your needs, would it be possible to know if you are currently taking other medications, if you have any allergies or intolerances?

Thanks for the information, I'm sorry for the delay I didn't see the notification!
For diarrhea and cramps, I suggest Tylenol and kaopectate (check with your pharmacist to see if this product is in stock) if needed.
I also suggest drinking a lot of liquids according to your preferences at a rate of 1 to 2 sips every 5 minutes. Choose light foods such as soups, broths, toast with butter, eggs and crackers. Avoid heavy or sweet foods such as red meat and undiluted fruit juices. Try smaller meals, even if it means eating more often.
You should notice a gradual improvement every day. If it persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
I will remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
