I regularly get major migraines and simple tylenol does not solve the situation and it is very difficult to tolerate.

Hello,
Anti-inflammatory drugs such as advil, motrin and aleve are much better for migraines than tylenol.
If you have no contraindication to take them, it would be better.
There are also other prescription treatments available.
In addition, the basis of treatment is to first re-evaluate your lifestyle
- sleep
-stress
- regular diet
- avoidance of alcohol and other trigger foods
- Regular exercise
Hormonal changes, fatigue and bright light can also be triggers
Cheers,
