Is there anything over the counter that I could apply to a one month old baby who seems to have eczema on his cheeks?

My one month old daughter has what looks a lot like eczema on her cheeks, but since she doesn't have a doctor I can't get her an appointment anywhere. Is there anything over the counter that I can apply to her?

Hello, thank you for your question!
Rest assured, the appearance of pimples in babies is very common. I suggest that you apply a fragrance-free cream such as Base Glaxal, Aveeno or other, twice a day
You should avoid soaps with perfumes as much as possible, and you should also avoid drying the face by rubbing. I suggest instead to lightly pat the skin
I hope I have helped you, and I remain available if you have any other questions!

Thank you for your answer! At first it was pimples, but it ended up turning into oozing patches later... I was suggested aveeno eczema for baby, but on the tube it says 6 months and up... I took a chance to put it on her anyway, but now her skin is peeling..

In this case a change of cream would be better
The situation should quickly improve, but I advise you to see a doctor, as a precaution, if it persists or gets worse
Sincerely
