That's a good question, which can be answered simply by looking at the list of active ingredients (present on the container box). On the next page (http://www.bausch.ca/en-ca/our-products/eye-vitamins/preservision-lutein-vitamin-and-mineral-supplement#.W7Zozy17TOQ), you can see that the ingredients in Preservision are based on the National Eye Institute's recommendations (called AREDS2). This is the formulation you should look for if your goal is to prevent macular degeneration (age-related vision loss, among other things). I therefore recommend that you compare this product with Adrien Gagnon's (or look for the AREDS2 mention on the latter) to ensure that the product is in line with the latest recommendations in this area.
