Tylenol is the first line of treatment for pain, but it may not be great for back pain. It is strongly recommended that you undertake physical rehabilitation with the help of a physiotherapist or kinesiologist. These professionals can help you maintain and improve your level of function while keeping the pain under control. Unfortunately, it is very rare, if not impossible, for the pain to disappear completely. The important thing is to maintain your level of function and a realistic and relevant quality of life.
Fortunately, most group insurances cover physiotherapy and kinesiology consultations, which is what I strongly recommend
As for other possible pharmacological options, you will have to consult your doctor again, as other classes of medication could be considered depending on the evaluation, the discussions between you and your doctor, and your preferences
