I am taking xarelto (15mg) can I take melatonin with it? Thank you

There are not large amounts of data available, but the cumulative data seems to show some cases of minor bleeding or a possible increase in the effect of some anticoagulants when combined with melatonin. It would be safer not to combine these two products.
