Would it be safe to take a single dose of fluconazole 150mg when I already take 20mg citalopram?

Hello, I take 20mg citalopram and was prescribed a once off dose of 150mg fluconazole to treat oral thrush as well as a skin fungal infection. I read about the interaction between citalopram and fluconazole and I already have such cardiac anxiety so I am very scared to take it.
