The best dose depends on the weight of the kid. We tend to use a 15mg per kilo rule, meaning that if he or she weights 100 pounds (or 45 kg), the dose will be 675mg per dose. Looking at the product information you have at home, you will be able to find how many millimiters is necessary to reach that dose. As for an example, if you have a 80mg/ml (80 mg per ml) solution, you will need 8,4 ml to reach 675mg.
