I've been taking vyvanse for 1 week and I've had a higher dose for 2 days. My heart is beating fast. Is this normal? Could it be my coffee?

Hello,

This may be because of the increased dose as vyvanse can give palpitations.

Call the pharmacy to see if you could go back to the lower dose if it was better tolerated

could it be that I've gone up too fast? or is it really vyvanse that doesn't work on me?

I don't think you've gone up too quickly but if it doesn't bother you you can always wait a few days and see if this effect will fade.
