Which of Vyvance or Concerta is less likely to cause insomnia?

I need to make a choice about medication to treat my ADHD. I also have major problems with insomnia and I am afraid that medication will make this problem worse.

Vyvanse may have a longer duration of action during the day. However, it is impossible to determine which one will work better for you as of today. The most important thing is to start at a low dose and gradually increase as needed depending on tolerance and effectiveness.
