My vulva is itchy and when I scratch it sometimes I bleed... is it due to vaginosis?

My labia minora in my vagina has been stinging a lot for the last 4-5 days. I think it's due to the fact that my underwear and pants are too tight, but I'm not sure. I have been with the same sexual partner for over 2 years. I use a regular soap to clean the area.

Hello,
do you have vaginal discharge (different than usual). If so, what color is it? White, colored? Do you have pain during sexual penetration?
Is there a strong bad smell?
Have you had an antibiotic treatment in the last 2 weeks?
The answer to these questions will help me to better evaluate the problem.
See you soon!

Hello, no I have had no unusual discharge and no vaginal odor. I also have no pain during my sexual relations. I did not take any treatment during the last two weeks, only the contraceptive pill (which I have been taking for over 4 years)

Thanks for the clarification. According to the information I have, you probably have yeast vaginitis.
I suggest that you do a treatment of Canesten (clotrimazole) Cream 1% that you apply twice a day to the labia for 6-7 days. You may experience more itching from the cream during the first 2 days. The cream should start to improve your symptoms within 3 days.
During treatment, it is best to wear white cotton underwear. Also avoid oils and other scented products in the bath.
If symptoms persist after treatment, you will need to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis
