First of all, you should make sure to avoid contamination, usually with the food you eat. To this end, make sure you eat meat that is only well cooked. Avoid "fresh" salads, fruits and vegetables because they may have been poorly cleaned or cleaned with contaminated water. The same goes for ice cubes in beverages, if any.
If you develop severe diarrhea or other symptoms such as fever, nausea, blood in the stool or deterioration of general condition, you should consult a doctor.
