The pimples are very similar to a lot of small heat pimples, but itch a lot! And the only medication I take is the contraceptive pill...I don't really have any other symptoms except for repetitive headaches

On the other hand, you can try Benadryl tablets or generics, 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours, be careful because it can cause drowsiness, if there is no improvement after 48 hours, you should consult a doctor. Benadryl also exists as a cream but as long as the pimples are in different places, it is better to try the tablets. Calamine can be used as a lotion to soothe, avoid hot baths and moisturize the skin
