My newborn baby has a large red pimple under the armpit?

My newborn baby has a big red pimple under the armpit. The pimple is not hot and not very hard but it is still a lump. To the touch it doesn't seem to hurt. I wanted to know what it was? Is it dangerous? Should I go see a doctor?

If this is not possible, I recommend that you go to a pharmacy to show the lesions.
