Do I have to wash clothes and bedding every day if we have lice in our home?

My big boy has lice and my youngest and I have nits. We have only done the NYX treatment once so far, as we have only known for a day. Everyone's beds have been washed and winter clothes have been washed. My husband just checked my hair and the eggs we saw yesterday have turned into little lice that are alive. Should I do another NYX treatment today?
