I wanted to know if it was ok to fall in my week during a treatment for vaginitis or I am better to wait? Thank you for your help!

Hello, I have vaginitis and I started the fluconazole treatment today. I am taking the birth control pill (yaz) 2 months in a row. I am supposed to fall in my week in 4 days. So is it ok to do a treatment for vaginitis while being in my week or should I take my pill continuously for another month and wait until I am in my week?
