My antidepressant causes me a lot of nausea, what should I do?

I am someone who has a lot of anxiety, a lot of difficulty managing my emotions, crying at the drop of a hat... and my doctor has prescribed me trintellix 15mg (trintellix 10mg and 5mg) I don't take them because it makes me extremely nauseous. I wanted to know if it is better to change the medication or just decrease it?

These are questions that will help in the decision making process, among others A lower dose could be tried, but other options could also be tried.
