I am someone who has a lot of anxiety, a lot of difficulty managing my emotions, crying at the drop of a hat... and my doctor has prescribed me trintellix 15mg (trintellix 10mg and 5mg) I don't take them because it makes me extremely nauseous.
I wanted to know if it is better to change the medication or just decrease it?

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question, I am sorry to read about your troubles!
Did you have this nausea with a lower dose? Did you find the medication least effective? These are questions that will help in the decision making process, among others
A lower dose could be tried, but other options could also be tried. Your pharmacist will be in a better position to discuss this with you and suggest options to your prescriber.
I hope this has been helpful and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me
