I would like to know if I could use some cream to heal the small cracks

I would suggest applying Replens moisturizer, available without a prescription, as often as necessary. We can also suggest a paste to protect the area such as Triad Hydrophile or Zincofax extra strong.

I believe that activities that may involve this type of injury should be avoided until it is completely healed.

For intercourse, use a water-based lubricant like KY before and during intercourse as needed.

If it persists or worsens, a doctor should be consulted as a precaution.
