Hello 😊 You can take all 3 at the same time with no problem.

However, be careful with cod liver oil! If you are using it for the purpose of increasing your Omega-3 intake, I suggest fish oils instead, not foie fish oils. Fish foie oils contain much more Vitamin A, which builds up in your body rather than being eliminated, which can be toxic in the long run. If you want to use them, you need to make sure you are not taking more than 3,000 ug or 10,000 IU per day of Vitamin A. You can easily see the content on the product label 😊
